On My Way is Don Lewis’ recently released CD of 14 instrumental improvisations. These compositions are the actual original inspiration tracks with minor additions and alterations. With the exception of Dream, all of these compositions were played on a Yamaha EL90 Electone connected to various Yamaha Motif sound modules via MIDI .
On My Way represents only a small portion of hundreds of compositions recorded over a 15 year period. Two other CD projects are now in progress showcasing various styles from piano to music for meditation and prayer. Please check back for these additional releases.
On My Way photography, artwork and layout are the creation of Paul Revier.
Logic Pro software was used to embellish various rhythm tracks and for mixing and mastering of the project.
